Do you contract me in?


We believe that you should have the freedom to make choices that are critical to your business' success, not just ours. That's why the only long-term contract we use is for our setup period, after that it's just a 30-Day monthly rolling agreement that gives you all the flexibility and freedom you need to make your business successful.




What is the minimum monthly spend for your service?


There is no minimum spend.




Who owns the intellecual property?


You own your brand and your company, you always will - however if we're investing our time and resources into creating bespoke roadmaps with you, we retain the right to use those.




Who will be helping me?


After you sign up, we will match you to an available manager who fits your objectives, preferences, and the type of issues you are dealing with. Different managers have different approaches and areas of focus, so it's important to find the right person who can achieve the best results for you. We have found that we are able to provide a successful match most of the time; however, if you start the process and you feel your manager isn't a good fit for you, you may elect to be matched to a different manager.




Is FR. right for me?


FR. may be right for you if you're looking to improve the speed, efficiency and impact of your company. Whenever there is anything that interferes with your success or prevents you from achieving your goals, we may be able to help. We also have managers who are specialized in specific issues, such as go-to-market strategy, personal branding, employee education, partnerships, recruitment, venture capital, market monopolisation, inbound marketing, sales-driven marketing, targeted accounts, behavioral profiling, custom tech development and more.

FR. is not the right solution for you if any of the following is true:

  • You have lost interest in your business.
  • You are in an urgent crisis or an emergency situation.
  • You have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness, or if you have been advised to be in psychological supervision or psychiatric care.
  • You do not have a device that can connect to the Internet or you do not have a reliable Internet connection.




After I sign up, how long until I'm matched with my manager?


Usually within 24-hours or less on weekdays. We do not match you on weekends.




How will I communicate with my Manager?


You can get connected in four ways:

  1. Exchanging messages with your Manager
  2. Chatting live with your Manager
  3. Speaking over the phone with your Manager
  4. Video conferencing with your Manager
You can use different ways at different times as you wish, based on your needs, availability, and convenience.




How long can I use FR.?


This depends on your needs and varies a lot from one person to another. Some people feel they get most of the value after just a few weeks, while others prefer to stick to one of our ongoing programs for an extended period of time. This is completely up to you. Generally we work with companies from Pre-Funding to Series C.




Can you work with my current team?


Yes! We are flexible and can work with your existing teams / partners. We're here to keep you on track and fill the gaps, not get in the way.
